Filmmaker Petna Ndaliko still remembers sneaking into the movie theater as a boy in the Democratic Republic of Congo. But in the wake of turbulence and civil war, the cinema in the city of Goma has long been closed. Ce festival organisé par le centre culturel Yolé Africa et Alkebu film production, pendant 10 jours, réunit plusieurs artistes de la sous région des grands lacs mais aussi des Etats-Unis d’Amérique.
